Good luck to you Luke did a great job for the Hawks in the years you job for the school.
That tweet makes it sound like more than just the HWC...

He's currently the Director of Wrestling Operations for the University. So if he is indeed stepping down for both that's a big move.
He is what the program and HWC is all about. Great guy who works his ass off and does the right things.

Could go in one of two directions...hire a wrestler to get them logistical and program experience while rolling around in the room or why not hire Moriah Stickley. She did an excellent job as a manager and with the HWC and seems to have excellent organizational skills. Just spitballing.
Bring McD back. Train him up on the behind the scenes stuff.
Luke worked for the University for 13 yrs. He is stepping away from the Director of Operations role to pursue other interests.

From what I understand, he took the skills and attitudes he learned as a successful Hawkeye wrestler and applied those traits to his position as head of operations. A relentless pursuit of excellence, if you will.
He will be sorely missed. No matter who replaces Luke, it will take time to reach the caliber of his performance. Best of luck to Luke Eustice. Wherever he lands, the company or institution will have added extreme value and dedication.

Luke is a great guy and the first one I connected with at HWC and in re the new facility. Best to him and family.
