If the police or the government is acting tyrannically and shooting/killing unarmed people, IMO, they are fair game. That being said, we probably should be focusing on the root causes of these issues but we're not.
It starts right here. He's not even legally old enough to own that firearm and shouldn't have been there in the 1st place. I'm pro-2nd Amendment as any but there's nothing good that can come of carrying such weapons after curfew in an emotionally charged environment. Also, the three people killed/injured weren't exactly choir boys and have a history of violent crimes.
