I doubt the jury will even here about Black Lives Matter, and even if it is it won't even likely resonate with the jury at trial. The prosecutor will not be trying social injustice, they will be trying a 17 year old that killed 2 white individuals during a protest/riot and shot another. The riot itself may get discussed, but the black lives matter will get minimal time.

I don't remember this many businesses getting looted and burned. I may have selective memory, but I don't recall near this amount of unrest, and the violence associated with it.

I was wondering what those popping noises were. There were shots fired before and after he shot the pedophile and it doesn't appear that they were filed by Kyle.
It just reinforces the idea, there is no likely outcome in which he gets anything worse than having a weapon underage and crossing state lines. As to lawsuits, even there, I am question the three that got injured or killed, whether they or their estates have much of claim. Bad situation all around. You create tinder boxes, sooner or later one is going to light.

Exactly, none of these facts change the fact that Kyle Rittenhouse was running from a pedophile who meant him harm and had already thrown something at him and kept pursuing him before he turned and shot him in self defense.
If you bring a weapon to a fight, be prepared to use it. If you use it, be prepared to deal with the outcome. If you can't deal with the outcome, don't go to the fight.
So I have to say there is some Natural Selection taking affect here, Dude ran after a guy with an AR15 in his possession, looking to harm him. He ends up dead. Why would you run after a guy with a gun?

This should have been shut down the first night. Hindsight is 20/20, but it doesn't appear anyone of these individuals were there to move this dialogue along. They were all looking for some violence, some rioting ect. The end consequences are not good.
Correct but it was Obama's miss-characterization of the incident that fanned the flames. Trayvon was the attacker and was proven so at the trial of George Zimmerman. Trayvon was bashing his head into the ground and on top of Zimmerman when he was shot. Obama's rush to judgment on bad information caused racial animosity, hatred, and division.

He didn't shoot a single person who wasn't attacking him.
Trayvon became the attacker only after Zimmerman followed him because he looked like a "real suspicious guy". Zimmerman confronted Trayvon, while armed, and it ended up with Zimmerman killing him. Zimmerman initiated the confrontation without just cause.
As for Obama's comments: "You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot I said that this could have been my son. Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago." That's not fanning the flames - that's pure empathy. Something we could use in a leader now.
