I think some of this is irreversable.
They arn't going to just soon forget that we twice elected a guy who said during the campaign that he would encourage Russia to attack them if they were not paying enough money for their defense.
We're simply not a trustworthy long term partner now. Europe and Canada are going to go their own way and our soft power there is permanently diminished.
Even if we elect a pro-NATO president after Trump, it's going to be a risk relying on us knowing that one election and we could suddenly shift to be Russia's ally.
We are on the cusp of Musk's private sector cheerleaders finding out what happens when 10s of thousands of underpaid, overqualified, and well-educated public sector workers hit the unemployment figures and start taking a shit on private sector wages as their employers look to claw back any worker gains that remain from Covid

Trump has unilaterally thrown away 80 years of diplomacy and soft power throughout the globe at a time when it is needed more than ever with China building infrastructure in developing countries, countries that have vital minerals. Trump has literally thrown away hundreds of billions of dollars with his isolation policies. Why you would cheer for that is beyond me.

There is a lot of truth in this video. Alot of unrest out there about what is going on with DOGE. It was supposed to root out the "deep state" and find the waste, fraud, and abuse. Instead, it is indiscriminately firing rank and file workers across the country. There will be backlash for Trump.
