You just love demonstrating that you have no idea what you're talking about. Prior to Gingrich, the House operated by horse-trading this proposal for that proposal. The two sides talked to each other and got things done...in fits and starts and never all of what anyone wanted but there was progress. The voice they used in public was entirely different from the voice they used in private.
