Maybe. But he’s only ever competed at 165 in a college match. And Kennedy > Erik and Nate J and Ayala > Mason
So tell me where Erik starts at penn st? He isn’t beating out van ness at 49. Won’t beat Haines at 57. And 65 they have facundo lee and possibly Barr. Good luck!!

And the whole McCort pipeline. Forrest, Bassett, Herring, etc. Not sure if Mason can make 125 but if he can it is a definite need for PSU

I have never been able to tell the difference between Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, personally. It just seems that the Appalachians are much bigger percentage of West Virginia than Pennsylvania but Appalachia is Appalachia.
Coal miners freely moved around the border back in the day. The counties with the most people living below the poverty line in PA live there.

Spencer went to high school in Murrysville which is a very nice suburb of Pittsburgh. Before that he lived in Saegertown which is a small town in the northwest corner of the state that also happens to be the hometown of Sharon Stone. The label "Appalachian" really doesn't fit either town.
Pennsylvania is a very diverse state and sometimes a distance of even fifty miles can mean a big defference in topography and, especially, culture.
