Good Tournament Hawkeyes

I will admit, I thought 2+ in the finals was your ceiling. (Didn't think Gilman could beat NATO). Brands crafted a great gameplan that neutralized much of NATO's offense and Gilman got to his leg several times, fighting off that last takedown showed his grit. Looking forward to a great final tomorrow night, Nico will have to be better than he was at b10 to win.
Clark- What can you say, when the bright lights shine dude finds a way. Garret seems other-worldly right now, but people aren't giving Clark enough credit.
Sorenson is our Nico...hate his style, but can't question his heart and he has found a way to make it work for him.
I thought Meyer and Brooks showed a lot of grit battling back through tough draws after hard losses.
If Stoll wasn't hurt, and Brooks doesn't spot Dudley 6 points...we are in a dead-heat of a team race right now.
Will be pulling hard for Nico and Zain tomorrow night, but you guys have had a great tournament and will be a force to be reckoned with next year.

First of all, congrats on another team title. You guys have some absolute studs. Tomorrow should be fun, as it is always. Hoping that next year that the Big Ten get's it's head out of it's a@# and actually schedules us against each other for a dual. Always great for wrestling to have us wrestle each other. Anywho, another season about end, boys.......

I'm damn proud to be a "HAWKEYE WRESTLING FAN". We didn't get any points from 141, 165, HWT. We got, I think, 2.5 points from 157. We have three wrestlers in the finals and three wrestlers wrestling for a possible third place.. We lost three points in the Brooks match last night because of a "incompetent official". I also know that Stoll was injured and probably shouldn't have wrestled anyway just in case someone decided to remind me. I don't know what's going to happen tonight but if there is one thing I really want to see tonight is, Gilman beating Megaludis. Great to be a Hawkeye wrestling fan.

Thanks Blackcat. PSU was the heavy favorite coming in and the results the last two days showed why. I am proud of our hawks this weekend but we just didn't have enough horses to compete. Looking forward to next year (and the rest of today obviously)
