My guy. U won on that one. Nba and wnba have that rule. Crooks, good for her clogs the paintThere is no 3 seconds count for the defense.
Ship has sailed. She loves Iowa and everything but just had it in her mind she needed to blaze her own trailReally wish this somehow meant we could get Maddyn Greenway.
Watched some games of hers this year and there's such AGGRESSION in the way she plays. Super talented. All the skills. Super STRONG. But also the intangibles.
Never know with the portal, but she would have been great in an Iowa uniform
Must of been fakeTheir definitely is unless my experience in basketball was fake
When i played it was a rule. It a rule in the prosMust of been fake
Not in college or high school. Only the pros. 3 seconds is an offensive call, and they rarely call that....Their definitely is unless my experience in basketball was fake
So this is crazy shit. I just googled 3 second defensive rule. One thread said there is NO such rule in the NCAA. The next thread said there is in fact a rule, Article 16 that says the defense can not be in the lane for 3 seconds unless guarding an offensive player. I don't see how thats possible. Teams play zone all the time and stand a defender in the paint, and I've never seen a defensive 3 second call in a college game. NEVER...When i played it was a rule. It a rule in the pros
Will she play for 2, 3, or 4 schools in 4 years?Bye bye
Good, now their coach can deal with her Dad.
Is there bad blood between the family and Iowa now? I'm outta the loop and to transfer to illini speaks volumes...Good, now their coach can deal with her Dad.
No, just the false internet narrative that projects things that aren't there. Is there bad blood between the family and Iowa now? I'm outta the loop and to transfer to illini speaks volumes...
I’ll take 3 for a hundo.Will she play for 2, 3, or 4 schools in 4 years?
She played and never EARNED the minutes. Given those minutes, Next option. The DAD hype. Sorry but she never looked like a star.I’ll take 3 for a hundo.
Maybe I’m being dense but what do you mean (I’m legit curious). It seemed to me that she has a lot of potential and was given more than enough chances to prove herself but seemed to me to actually digress as the year went on. The (sometimes very) silly turnovers, bad decisions, etc seemed to pile up. I totally get there are growing pains with young ones but you want to see growth. No, just the false internet narrative that projects things that aren't there.
Levin wasn’t getting minutes before Guyton came back..She played and never EARNED the minutes. Given those minutes, Next option. The DAD hype. Sorry but she never looked like a star.
Callie Levin suffred to make AG happy, Callie going to shine. AG not the team player and lead the team
My comment was a reply to the question above, regarding the internet narrative that Aaliyah's father had issue with the program. --->Nothing more than you would expect from a father, coach, and former player.Maybe I’m being dense but what do you mean (I’m legit curious). I’m not trying to be a Richard but wonder I what you mean.

She’s from Illinois. Is there bad blood between the family and Iowa now? I'm outta the loop and to transfer to illini speaks volumes...
So, she pretty much screwed herself. Or her dad did.
Guyton possibly looking at a backup role with Destiny Jackson and Webber coming in.
Nobody is outweighing anything when it comes to "pops". He did nothing but complain all year. From game tickets to Aaliyia starting. I sat behind him many games and he never stood to applaud his daughter or cheer in any way. He didn't want her at Iowa and it finally got to her.Better the devil you know
Who knows, maybe we're overweighting pop's influence, and she just didn't have strong connections with the current team. College is supposed to be fun after all
And then claimed he was "asking for a friend" or a former AAU player or something. And people actually defended that excuse. 😭It was posted earlier that AJ posted a question part way through the season on how to go about entering a person in the portal, and then quickly deleted it. What kind of a father does that? Good riddance.
It makes you wonder if he not only affects his daughter, but maybe the others on the team. Maybe we are better off without the pair of them, since they seem to come as a pair.Passive agressive meddling all season long. Although I'm sure AJ thinks otherwise, he is not helping his daughter. Aaliyah needs to tell dad to butt out.
Then her game went south around that time.It was posted earlier that AJ posted a question part way through the season on how to go about entering a person in the portal, and then quickly deleted it. What kind of a father does that? Good riddance.
Who cares? She was not happy at Iowa, or she would not have transferred. I am sure, AJ, if he were as you say (none of us has talked to him), was supporting his daughter. I do not think there is any reason to keep discussing this. I wish her well.Passive agressive meddling all season long. Although I'm sure AJ thinks otherwise, he is not helping his daughter. Are you a self-appointed moderator? I'll post what I want to post.Who cares? She was not happy at Iowa, or she would not have transferred. Fundamental attribution error at its finest but, okay. I'm not gonna argue against your opinion. Friendly reminder, however, just because you state opinions as axiomatic truths doesn't make them so.Nobody is outweighing anything when it comes to "pops". He did nothing but complain all year. Firsthand experience makes it true pal. They are not my opinions unlike the shit you spew.Fundamental attribution error at its finest but, okay. I'm not gonna argue against your opinion. Friendly reminder, however, just because you state opinions as axiomatic truths doesn't make them so.
