This shitlib has raised two amazing kids. I work with a lot of Hispanic workers. Documented or not I don’t know as they aren’t employed by me, but so much work around my industry is done by Hispanic workers. They seem to be willing to do work that many are not.

Rico….I worked in or near a large metro ER in DSM for over 30 years. What you said about “no English” is is pure bullshit. The vast majority of customers speak English or have interpreters interacting with staff. The “problem” patients (language barriers) were mostly central and Eastern Europeans but they were infrequent and interpreters were usually found from on-duty hospital staff. Plus, for my time in, I worked mostly 3-11p or 11p-7a shifts when EDs are their busiest.
