I believe that bet to have had an edge vs the juice in the long run as well.
Usually, I would have split a unit sized bet into partial unit on Rutgers+7, and partial unit on Rutgers ml +220. I had the +220 in a parlay from earlier in the day, and got tied up and lost my chance to get in on +7.
Not the case here, IMO, but just because +7 wins doesn't necessarily mean it was a winning bet in the long run

So dude says two other teams bowl results are what we should base Iowa's season on last year, even though Iowa actually got the shit kicked out of them in their bowl game 35-0. Then carries that over into this season based on the first half results of a bowl game of a team Iowa didn't even play. That team then blows a lead, dude loses a bet, but then doubles down on it saying he that even though he literally lost money, he didn't really lose the bet. Then basically calls everyone else an idiot. Am I missing anything?
