Kings SURVIVE in regulation to beat Spurs 131-129. Keegan: 3 points 3 rebounds.
Ball dominant Fox and Monk take as many shots as they like whenever they want. Keegan is not getting many looks these days. I dislike the direction the team is taking. Giving Monk the ball is killing Keegan's offense. I also do not trust Monk to maintain focus and winning basketball over the long haul. Sure he makes spectacular shots and plays but they are hugely offset by his showboating and lack of discipline. He's a turnover machine and only wants to make plays for the bigs. I'm not a Monk fan.Kings win. Keegan had 7 points and 3 rebs.
Yeah, it is crazy that Keegan only got four shots off last nightBall dominant Fox and Monk take as many shots as they like whenever they want. Keegan is not getting many looks these days. Agree. Four shots? I've seen Monk ignore Keegan when he's open, and instead try to pass to others, sometimes resulting in a turnover. It is. Yes, he's fully engaged on defense and that's taking a little away from his offense. But 4 shots isn't acceptable. I don't care who the guards are. They need to get Keegan at least 13 shots a game.
Houston @ Sac @ 5 PM on League Pass. Want Keegan to be aggressive when he gets the ball. Shoot 3s or drive to the goal.
That's exactly the reason I said for him to be aggressive. Have to take advantage of every opportunity when he does have the ball, even after he rebounds it.IF someone passes him the ball
Sac goes down to Houston. 112-104 at home. Keegan with 13 pts, 6 rebs, 2 stls, and a block.
Some fans and media are speculating whether Keegan is injured or just banged up. Three point shot disappeared. The Kings are a play-in team this year. Too many inconsistencies. The Kings were the #3 seed in last year's NBA Playoffs. If the season ended today, the Kings (36-27), Dallas Mavericks, LA Lakers and Golden State Warriors would battle it out for the #7 and #8 seeds in the Play-In Tournament.
How Keegan got his 13 points:
0-5 (0%) from 3
3-6 (50%) from 2
...........................
3-11 (27%) overall shooting
7-7 (100%) from the FT line
Keegan hurt?
That looked bad. Yikes.
Kings win vs Lakers 120-107. Keegan with 19 pts and 11 rebs. Keegan's movement without the ball was very good. Great defense as well.
They know he’s been the guy to take on the tough defensive assignments but also lament his shooting woes. They also think he’s not a good ball handler. They’re still pretty high on him overall but feel he may be having a mini sophomore slump. How are Sac fans feeling about Keegan this season?

They love him. I know many of them have noticed how he apparently doesn't like to participate in the post-game photo-shoots and trolls them...can you spot him?How are Sac fans feeling about Keegan this season?

Knicks beat Kings 98-91. Keegan with 11 pts and 6 rebs.
I'm ready for new opportunities.IF someone passes him the ball
Do some teams just defend him better? One game he is > 50% from 3, and the next <20.

Some games he takes the ball to the rack but sometimes no. He tends to get open looks from 3, just not hitting.
Very consistent is our KeeganKeegan is usually assigned to guard the other team's best player so that takes a lot of energy on the defensive side, which might be impacting him on the offensive side (especially the 3 point shot).
