Start with a good player, add some defense, develop good handles, play with confidence, and add a good helping of PT. Stir well, and see what happens!Nice 👍
I think that horse died a couple years ago. You can stop beating it.Good thing he and his brother didn't start too much early at Iowa.
and what was the attendance yesterday? It's still being beat and not just by me.I think that horse died a couple years ago. You can stop beating it.
That horse will never be beat to death IMOI think that horse died a couple years ago. You can stop beating it.
And, you know what? Keegan has been inconsistent as well and has at times regressed. When reading this article, It felt like someone writing about Keegan. Now, we know that Keegan is not this bad because of where he fits with Sac and the usual spot in the starting lineup and playing lots of valuable minutes. And he's been growing other aspects of his game, especially on defense. Still not much improvement on handles though. Shooting hasn't truly become steady yet.Story from SI on Kris' lack of playing time and what it might mean:

Former Iowa Hawkeyes Star Sadly Approaching Bust Territory
Heading into the 2024-25 NBA campaign, you would have thought that Portland Trail Blazers forward Kris Murray would be getting more opportunities. After all, thwww.si.com
As far as his PT, I believe they added other players after him, thereby further reducing the min. Sounds like their front office is in a rush to get results. And there's nothing wrong with that. You just don't want to make a trade, just because you can. Base it on specific needs.Minutes played:
21.7: last year (in 62 games played; 29 starts)
13.7: this year (in 42 games played; 0 starts)

In Kris' defense, I'd say that if the Blazers are cooled off with his development, then it's time he is moved. Plenty of teams looking for players to help their team with their style of play, with skillsets they're seeking. He'll be ok IMO. Just needs consistency and more PT (when opportunities arise).

I do too. He's gotta keep grinding. The "Run up the volcano" Luka desire. And I think he can.I hope he can find the right fit.
He's gotta get better in these 2 areas, however:
26%: from 3
44%: FT%

Both had invaluable learning opportunities sitting behind “Patty Mac” and the Glue Guy.Good thing he and his brother didn't start too much early at Iowa.
How about GET OVER IT.That horse will never be beat to death IMO
Since Kris didn't have the opportunities that Keegan had, I wish him well going forward.Portland (23-31) got blown out last night at Denver (35-19), 146-117.
Kris did not play (left quad contusion).
