If you’d bothered to read my previous posts you’d know I didn’t pay attention to the initial stories because it didn’t seem believable that Hunter would take his personal laptop to some random computer repair shop, never come to pick it up, and then said repair guy got into the laptop, initially tried to send it to Rudy, before turning it over to FBI.

That it wasn’t Trump mattered not at all.

In this particular case the laptop contains evidence substantiating Biden's extensive drug use during the time of his weapon purchase,.. That's why it has been introduced here as evidence.

It appears the standard sentence based on the guidelines, if convicted of 2 or 3 of the charges, is 15 to 21 months imprisonment. The sentences are to be served concurrently. If only convicted of a lying charge, that would be 0 to 6 months imprisonment.
