Ross, I think you've officially made PBP on HR obsolete. Not that Vall shouldn't chime in with his usual witty banter, but it's hard to do a PBP any better than that. Furthermore, you guys are almost always able to provide the PBP, so it helps HR avoid the need to scramble for someone to do it.
