So more entertaining than the men?But watching women's basketball without Caitlin Clark is like watching women's basketball.
Exactly. Way better than watching Fran’s team. This team passes the ball, plays better defense and the freshmen are coming along nicely. Solid team.

They scored 110 in an exhibition against Missouri Western earlier this year.It certainly feels different this year scoring wise. It looks like this year's team will probably average 70 some points a game. Last year Iowa went over 100 points 10 times! The year before they had 5 100-point games. I don't think we'll see one game over 100 this year.
The last 12 minutes of tonight’s game was great for Iowa. A lot of fun to watch. Sydney looked great. Stremlow was everywhere. Kylie’s defense was really good and caused a lot of turnovers. Lucy never disappoints. I’m looking forward to Sunday.
The turnovers and missed layups have been tough to watch. But it’s a young team, excited to see what is being built for the future
I agree, but it also makes me appreciate CC22 all the more. You may never see another WCBB like CC22 as long as you live. But watching women's basketball without Caitlin Clark is like watching women's basketball.
I don't think they pass the ball around as good as last year. The cuts to the basket are fewer, the passing is slow developing. The one real good element not there last year is Olsen's mid range. CC either shot the 3 or took it to the basket. Olsen drives in and shoots. Now, others have to see that and go toward the basket for an easy pass and layup. This team passes the ball, plays better defense and the freshmen are coming along nicely. Solid team.
Outside of Clark, I think Martin and Davis both passed better than anyone on the 2024 team at the moment.I don't think they pass the ball around as good as last year. You're not wrong, but I still enjoy watching the Hawkeyes because, well, they're the Hawkeyes and they play hard. But there's no doubt that without CC it's a very different game. We've been spoiled, so I'm not gonna let that stop me from enjoying the Hawkeyes. No more logo threes. No more brilliant passes. But this team has talent and grit that's still fun to watch, albeit in a very different way.But watching women's basketball without Caitlin Clark is like watching women's basketball.
