I for one am glad the Hoosiers won their last 2 to become bowl eligible... with the schedule and how your team played the ranked teams you guys deserve a bowl. Plus Sudfeld is a great young man and QB...
Thank you, yeah it's been a long, miserable time coming for us. Speaking of, what do y'all think about 5-7 teams getting bids? I think it's so wrong. I know the bowls need to happen, but I just absolutely cannot go for 5 win teams getting bids. I'd rather see the best FCS teams get bids. I know they play a lot of tournament games, but I also know they would walk to the bowl sites if they had to in order to play in those games!
Thanks for the kind words, bud. The team has no reason to be ashamed, I know they are disappointed. They played a whale of a game against a MSU squad that is a little bit better in the trenches at this time.
This team deserves the Rose Bowl, so I hope the committee does the right thing. Unfortunately, when you look at the medias behavior towards this team the entire season, I'm hesitant to think they will.
Indiana took 4 top 15 teams to the wire, and got bowl eligible this year. Solid squad.
I'm looking forward to watching Indiana roll some poor team in a bowl game. You guys get healthy and you can put up a ton of points on anyone.
