So the media can stop with that narrative right now. We are a BAD football team. Just awful. Where do we begin?
-Opportunistic chances/turnovers gave Iowa a chance to steal one against PSU, we desperately needed it too.
-Punt game sucks
-Offense sucks
-Punt return game sucks
-Defense can't get the big stop when needed
-Clock management is awful
We have a snooze fest against Illinois next week. I hope Iowa can get up for an 11am game vs the Illini. We are 0-2 in the B1G and virtually out of the division race already. The only hope would be to win out and hope we're at least tied at 7-2 in the B1G with others. At this point you'll have to convince me that we will beat Illinois without being nervous. I am not seeing it.
