And I’m glad you like to dive into the history books - because the most comparable BIG program (to ISU), based on historical success, would be Rutgers. Yep, ISU is basically paying 3x for this game. SDSU was paid, cancellation cost us the Iowa game, and Incarnate word is getting paid. I guess lightning struck 3 times.

So, did ISU play every team in the conference every year prior to 2012? Hint...no. ISU played in the B12 north....the biggest pillow fight in P5 football. If the B10 is so easy with divisions and each team not playing every other one, why didn't ISU light it up during the B12 north era? You guys dodged the big guns every other year and still couldn't do crap.
