The effort in those last 4 matches was awful.
Well Stoll just won himself a match with Snyder in the Semis st B1Gs
Minute left, down 1 and Stoll doesn't take a single shot.
Nevills doesn't even wrestle. Only scored on a counter. Not even a courtesy stall warning in the last 20 seconds there. That is the only match that disappointed me all night.
Pathetic effort from the upper weights.
Stoll lost because he tried to wrestle after the esc - should have backed off and did the shaved bear dance and make Nev wrestle. Nev did absolutely nothing

What a pathetic show of effort by the last 4 wrestlers. The first two were outclassed but the last two, who were favored, should get into shape and give some effort.
Yeah I really dont want to hear anything from PSU fans about how Stoll has no offense lol.
The only effort Wilcke made was in making sure he wasn't cradled.
There was absolutely no effort on his part to get into a wrestling match..
Thankful for the bull or after intermission the team had no desire to be out there. Let’s hope brands can light a fire in these guys fast

Stoll has to show some semblance of offense to warrant a stall.
We got out horsed tonight. There were a couple of bright spots but not a good showing overall. Hopefully ISU dual can serve to regain some confidence and work out some kinks. Let’s go hawks!

The only positive thing about this team are the two freshman and Kemerer. I don't see this team contending for at least 2 seasons. Way too many holes.

Agreed, but He took more shots than nev. Was the same in the Snyder match.
If Iowa guys weren't getting stalls on bottom it wouldn't be as annoying
Stoll and Nevills will have a rematch in the 3rd place match at B1Gs, that will have more weight on NCAA seeding than this dual meet match, more important to win that one. (Obviously still wanted to see Stoll pull out the W here).
I agree Nev did absolutely nothing, unfortunately Stoll barely did more than that.
Thank you for the articulate response. You’ve made several posts about giving up points to avoid injury and implied that people using advantaged positions that cause injury are wrong for doing so. Then you drink a pint of windex and talk about how we should hammer ZR knee. I remember when I had my first shot of tequila. Good luck with the headache tomorrow.
