It’s fitting the hawks season, and Fran’s time at Iowa, comes to an end in Lincoln. This has been an awful season and like many other fans I’m ready for change, both players and coaches.

If P. Clankfort could make a jumper once every fortnight we could actually be in some of these games. As much as I don't think he should even be on the floor, I'm going to be rooting for him to get REALLY hot all the way to San Antonio! It's just the way I'm made.

Short of that, some Even Brauns thunder dunks will make me happy (wished he could have seen more PT this year).

It would be pleasant surprise to see Dix, Payton, and a 3rd scorer go off and for Braun to have a good game. I like the Braun story--hometown kid that plays really hard.

This is a tough environment to play at and the Hawks are usually bricklayers on the road. The most probable outcome is
a beatdown loss.

The real fireworks is what happens in next month in off season.
