Totally understood. If we could have figured out our QB situation earlier we might have 2 more wins. And that makes it seem disappointing.
I am SO very glad I don't allow myself to have that view. Last night was glorious. I couldn't imagine allowing that to be tainted by what ifs.

I said that in the stands yesterday. I truly believe we're 8-1 at this point with Sullivan all year.
We were only down by 7 to OSU at half. With Sullivan playing it would have been a very competitive game.
I think we could have beaten ISU and been more competitive with Ohio State, but the only part of the team that played well in the Michigan State game was the return team. Every other part stunk. The MSU loss was on the entire team not just the offense.
True, but if the offense had found anything in the first half, I think the second half would have gone vastly different. It was only 12-0 at half.
Also, what an entirely forgettable stadium. We were there this year.
Fans like to look back on 2008 as another QB situation that KF fücked up, but that was probably his BEST JOB at dealing with a QB controversy.
We used both QB’s in games 3 & 4, and settled on Stanzi by Game 5. If Kirk had done something remotely similar this season, we would’ve handed the reigns to Sully weeks ago.
This game is like the aftermath of Thanksgiving dinner....
