Kamala Bamala

This strategy will help.

Kamala will generate so much misogyny and racism from MAGA that Trump is going to bleed away independents. It seriously seems like a perfect trap sprung 3 days after Republican convention with weeks to go before Democrat one which will be must see TV.

LOL - You should be more concerned about your mental health when DJT is elected President in November
There's only two good things that can come from a Trump win in November...
1. We won't have to listen to Republicans crying for four years about a stolen election.
2. Capitol police won't have their lives threatened again.

And I will guaranfvckingtee you Dems will accept the results.
Of course, all that hinges on Trump living that long.

Apparently Biden's campaign staff is transferring over to Kamala. She probably should make a few changes.
Some, but Biden had good people on the campaign staff - well-organized, well-funded, etc.

Biggest thing she needs from them is their willingness to tell her truth when she doesn’t want to hear it.

That same campaign staff was saying Joe was staying in the race on the Sunday morning news shows.

Their credibility took a hit :)

What the heck else were they going to say/do?

“Our guys screwed, and should drop out”?? They’d never work on another campaign in their lives.

Not to mention - I can’t imagine the circle of people in contact with Biden towards the end was a very small one; I’d argue most of them were saying what they thought was true at the time. Biden dropping out how/when he did took everyone by surprise.

When the boss is planning to drop out after lunch, you don't put your campaign co-chair on Sunday morning Meet The Press to proclaim that you're all in,.. Biden sent his people out to play the fool.

Sure, but i mean, this isn’t uncommon behavior in politics; especially if you want to keep the announcement quiet until you’re ready to release. Given the flood of leaks coming from bidens campaign the past month I have no doubt the circle was kept as tight as possible.

Critique it if you want, but any other campaign would have done the same thing.

No one wanted her in the Oval Office in 2020. No one. Does anyone actually believe that four years of word salad and ineffectiveness has suddenly made her popular?
She needs to work on her speaking style. She has a tendency to come across as condescending. She sometimes sounds like she’s talking to a room full of seven year olds. She just rambles on, saying nothing important or meaningful.

A responsible campaign would have simply not provided a spokesperson to comment,.. This was just another demonstration of how disjointed things had become for the Biden team...

The Sunday after the RNC wrapped you think it would have been a good idea to go totally radio silent?

On the day that you are intending to resign the nomination?,.. yes.
Agree to disagree.

If only to offer rebuttals to what they said at the convention, you can’t ever concede a news cycle.

Not to mention it’s always possible that Biden hesitates, postpones, etc.

They should have answered every question about Biden with a firm no comment, and then pivoted right back to Trump, but I simply can’t see how saying nothing is a good strategy, especially at this time in the campaign.

Not everything is about strategy, sometimes it's about having just a little bit of respect for the members of your team,.. Putting your campaign co-chair on Meet the Press at 10:00 AM to play cheerleader when the boss is planning to cash it in at 1:00 PM is quite simply disrespectful...
