Little brother not so little anymore?

This is a glorious thread if I do say so myself.

Glorious is right. Clone fans have validated that they

1. Love to tout what Pollard tells them to.
2. Enrollment smack is their new thing despite how meaningless it is.
3. Research fraud really didn't take place at isu.
4. Selective time frames are always right.
5: Arrest smack is no longer a valid topic.
6. Funding changes must take place and no clone fan can or will answer simple straight forward questions as to why the BOR model isn't right.
7. They get pissy when ever the isu kool aid isn't automatically accepted as fact.
8. Do not point out how isu and its fans act. Pollard will start screaming "it's not fair" again.

We can get a few more stereotypes yet validated if I4 will just keep posting.

You should really focus this hate on Nebraska. Our Clone buddies are okay, they're family to be honest. Those Huskers though, are disgusting, deplorable, and deliciously dumb and dreadful deviants. Go after them, as their evil continues to spread here.

No hate at all isu,and its fans act as do, I just give them all the rope they want to hang themselves. 14 pages of posts on this thread proves my point. They just can't help it.

You are correct that it looks better in person. Here's a recent photo.

ISU MBB has outdrawn Iowa in 7 of the past 10 seasons -- without giving away free tickets to students, as Iowa has done. And the reason they've drawn only 200 more than Iowa is, in large part, due to capacity.

What's interesting is the numbers for women's hoops. Iowa had one of its greatest seasons in history while ISU was below-par and disappointing....but ISU attendance was almost double that at Iowa City.

But in all fairness, I concede that there is no comparison between the field hockey and rowing teams.

If ISU and Iowa women's basketball trend with last years performances ISU won't outdraw Iowa women forever. iSU attendance and support is based on what Bill has built. IMO that has peaked a few years ago, and the decline will continue.

Not sure if I should even bother to answer this sputtering. Clearly, you have no concept of what basketball tickets cost at Iowa State. Here's a hint: Call the ticket office and ask what it will cost you for season tickets that aren't in the balcony. Then get back to me. It's (515) 294-1816.
Do u think this supply/demand issue will still exist in 2017-18 season?

That's possible, but it would require a major change. Last season was one of the most successful Iowa has ever had, while it was an extremely so-so year for ISU, yet ISU averaged close to twice as many spectators (1.75 times as many, to be precise).

The numbers are small enough, though, that a reversal is certainly possible. It isn't like ISU is drawing 20,000 and Iowa is drawing 12,000. The gap is only around 4,000 per game.

ISU students can buy tickets for every athletic event for under 300. How many students bought that package for basketball? We will see in October how full their student section is.

Will depend on whether they win some games or not, just like every team in the country. If Iowa starts out terrible, their student section will be half full too.

If ISU doesn't win 3-4 of their first 5 games, ya, the student section probably wont be full.

spot on but at least at ISU the student section will start full with ISU students

My point was there is a good chance they wouldn't of sold out their tickets if basketball wasn't included in the package.

Iowa didn't need to pull gimmicks previously like Iowa State does but they might want to start. Pollard and his people always find ways to get the tickets sold despite having a crappy product. How many other places in the country would sell that many tickets after the last two seasons, and considering their history of bad football? He knew that he wouldn't sell out the first few games at regular prices so he did the 3 game package and it worked. He knew he wouldn't be able to sell out student tickets so made them by basketball as well. It is really great sales and marketing.

isu will sell 400,000 season tickets because Pollard says so and I4 will buy it hook, line, sinker, pole, bait bucket, boat and dock.

More reasons why Iowa is Big bro.

I keep forgetting all that matters is enrollment figures. Quality of education must be ignored I4 and Pollard will tell you just ask them. But then even that isn't totally accurate, enrollment figures matter except when it comes to the daughter of an isu Heroes. When they go somewhere other than isu it must be ignored and even mentioning it will elicit a violant reaction.

I4 is calling Pollard to get some official talking points as we speak so I4 can re-tweet them.

I have to admit I4 posting all of Pollards proporganda is a great model to start educating clone fans as to why they are still little bro. They won't get it but that is the beauty of this thread.

Thanks for the model I4. Besides being able to laugh at Pollard and isu fans your posting methodology has been most helpful.

Oh and maybe someday Little Bro will be able to translate their self described expertise in "Science and Technology" to research funding and end up on this list like Big Bro. Pollard and I4 will be meeting with Leath and will get us a response ASAP. So more to come I am sure. I4 will re-tweet Pollards reply just watch.

Are you mentally ok? It seems like you should get some help

I am fine. I truly want I4 and other clone fans to feel comfortable here. I4 loves his tweets and links from isu so I am modeling that exact behavior and giving them the Iowa or national perspective. That is the beauty of this thread when anyone acts like an isu fan in reverse it is totally unacceptable.

Maybe clone fans and isu will eventually quit giving me things to mock them for. Naw their little bro syndrome won't allow that, not ever.

I missed the part where Pollard tells us how far behind isu is to Iowa in facilities. No matter what isu does Iowa does it better.

Basketball practice facility. isu did the quick and cheap way while Iowa did it right and built onto Carver. isu goes cheap on its football facility and Iowa builds a facility with weight equipment no one else on the planet has. isu builds a South endzone, is still looking up to Kinnick and then Iowa will turn around and put them to shame once again.

Rinse and repeat.

Ok clone fans here it is. I will make this as simple as I possibly can. Read this article and maybe just maybe you will start to understand my posts. My posts mock the little brother syndrome isu and its fans are all too eager to put forth. LC is old enough to grasp this simple and straightforward concept maybe he can help you. Now it may take multiple attempts for you and Pollard to get it but to each his own.

Hey maybe we could make a TV series out of how isu and its fans act. I love it.

Well the current "model" is based upon the size of the universities in 1981.

Iowa's student section is starting the season half full.
