Not if the "sane" Republicans make some concessions to the Democrats in order to get some votes. If they want to take back their party from the MAGA faction they are going to need help. The problem is would any Republican keep their promise to the Dems.

1. Menendez should go to jail. Sounds like a pretty open and shut case here.

I think Joe is willing to with Republicans, but it's the other side that refuses to find middle ground. Right now Republicans are in a tough spot. If they want help they are the ones that need to reach across the aisle to initiate compromise. Republicans need to extend the olive branch.
