There is a good interview with him with the parkside guys. He basically said he doesn’t do much weight lifting, relies on natural strength and gaining strength from wrestling. Something had to be wrong physically against Michigan. I can’t remember him getting manhandled like that an entire match ever.

There very TOP guys have ALL been VERY HIGH recruits, if you have literally DOZENS to chose from, sooner or later, like a blind squirrel finding a nut. You TWOOOO will hit a HR!!!! That simple and I have CONSTANTLY challenged any wannabe troll to disprove what I am saying.

Even IF this davis kid makes AA(he will not!) it is just the "luck of the draw" like playing cards. Keep bringing them in, and find one outa the bunch to put into the line up. 165 is an example this year. the great Krailure "missed" with HighFrucoseCornSyrup" so he is paying him to take an O year, then paid MessAschmit to come in.
They will have at minimum 10-12 guys fighting for 4-5 spots nest year. I guess if you can pay them to take, "walk years, grey shirts, defer enrollment etc...." Then you can figure it out as time goes. Hell they had that kid who was a top recruit on the team for 6-7 years who saw the mat like 3 times. said he was an ROTC guy?????
Funny, I am not sure ROTC will pay for a kids college for 7 years anywhere other then Happy Land!!!

When he had cleared his feet in the scramble, I was certain he was going to get the TD and get to work. I’d have to look back, but Lemley had some type of limp arm action (releasing pressure if you will) as Woods was turning in.
I used to like a semi-standing switch, coming up to one knee feeling forward pressure and hitting a switch. Against a nobody from a big rival I hit that and got put on my back because he stopped the forward pressure. It is a split second to make a decision as to hit the switch or just hip heist out. Woods got caught for whatever reason and it changed his psyche for the rest of the match.
I am hoping it was just a mental lapse and he’s able to move forward. A win over Bartlett is a sure fire remedy.
So what is his expert cutoff time then? Is 10 minutes late okay and 11 not or is 11 okay and 20minutes not? Is a couple of hours late okay? Or maybe just eliminate the time rule all together. I get he hates Iowa but wonder if he would have the same passion for letting the rule go if it was like oh say Cael Sanderson with the complaint?
Woods hasn't been right all season. Last year, he was a TD and turn machine. Almost no turns this year.
I feel good about 125 and that’s about it. Real doesn’t seem himself and Bartlett keeps pulling out tight matches. 149 is a pickem. Would be shocked if anybody else won. I’d like to see Gabe at 174 just for the fun of it.
157 and 165 certainly could be wins. The way Zack wrestled AJ, that could be very interesting.

AJ was coming off a two year layoff and all sorts of chaos. Brooks is one of the best wrestlers in the world.
