I will say that I was surprised Ben wasn’t actively looking for bonus that last period. Up 5-0, he had a big enough lead that he could risk getting taken down to try to get to 8-0.

See Buchanan for reference. He was trying so hard for bonus, it went from 9-2 to 11-7.

Solid B performance. One surprising loss (that wasn’t actually THAT surprising). Missed on extra bonus at 149, 165, 197, and 285.

But this is NCAAs. It’s hard. Keep winning matches and they’ll be fine.

Only major surprise from the first round was no bonus @ 165. Lets be honest, we all expected him to bonus his way to the semis at least.
