Does Iowa get penalized because of the geography involved in the seeding. I see where we're projected as the 7th seed in Omaha. So if we continue to win, will we be penalized and continue to be the 7th seed because they want an Iowa team in Omaha? Instead of moving us up the seeding chart and moving us to a different regional?
I see where we're the 18th rated team in Kenpom. If that is in fact true, then that should equate to a 5th seed. I know that there are other factors, but again, if we continue to move up the rankings, we should actually improve our seeding position.
