And this isn't the college wrestling landscape of 20 years ago - VERY different. Stop comparing everything to Gable - he's the past, not the present - no one can be another Gable - so many think it's a simple thing to coach like him, at this level. Iowa has moved on and is putting out very good teams, with a good chance at national titles in the coming years.

i don't disagree with anything you said, but would you prefer i make a comparison to Cael and PSU wrestling of the last 5 years? that one isn't much better. iowa needs more than 'grinding' and 'intensity.' these guys need to learn how to attack. i'm not sure brands knows how to teach it.
