New Joe T Video

This guy is going to help right away and play a lot of minutes. Quickest player we’ve had since maybe Dean Oliver. Best thing is he goes to his left and shoots left handed lay ups, a lost art. And that no look pass to the wing was wicked.

He has some crazy quick handles. Very good at getting to the rack and getting his teammates involved. I like that he can also create his own shots. Iowa really hasn't had a PG that could get to the basket for awhile. I think we will see more of JoBo coming off ball to get shots and I think that will help him even more. I still think you start the game with JoBo at PG and as the game goes along, you will see more JT and CM playing PG with Bo at the 2 and Weiskamp at the 3. I think Iowa's best lineup will be JT at PG, JoBo at SG, JT at SF, CP at PF and Garza at C.

Adding to what has been said above, Toussaint is strong enough to finish through contact. I think I read that he is a decent free throw shooter so I could see a lot of "and 1s" for him. And he is an extremely quick, pesky defender.

Free throws was around 55% last year in both AAU and HS. Really bad news is his FG% was 27 and 31 for AAU /HS. A guard that shoots mostly layups and short jumpers should be over 50% in my opinion.

Seems like he took it to the hoop more times on this highlight tape than our basketball team did all year combined.

Maybe Dauphin will have to find something else to critique our team on next year, as he definitely did not dribble into the paint with his head down.

Here is where I got my info. Not sure why they only have 10 games in HS and AAU.

The answer is clear - your stats appear to be incomplete. The link I gave shows the whole AAU season.
In your link they also mention that he was invited to:
Pangos All-American Camp - 2018
NBPA Top 100 Camp - 2018
CP3 Elite Guard Camp - 2018

Seems like someone with knowledge of basketball skill seems to like his game for him to be invited to these events.

I heard Kakert today on radio cautioning against hyping Joe T too much. Said he talked to Rivals east coast talent guy who said he was 4th best guard on his AAU team and that he struggles with shooting.
I hope he is great but do not think he will be an immediate starter...and still think he might have been a redshirt candidate if Moss had stayed.
Well, Kakert should have maybe given more context. Looking at the PSA Cardinals, they have Anthony #4 recruit in the country, Bouknight #82 recruit, and Etienne #115 as the other Guards.
