Other in addition to whom/ what role?

Seems $613k would be reasonable to pay for a combination of 8 or so coaches, administrators/event planners, nutritionist, strength training specialists, etc.

Also, I suppose the resident athletes stipends might be folded in that number.

Is that a pretty big number for “other,” salaries? I’m guessing the coaches all have their own lines in the report?

I don't think people grasp some folk save for college.

Apparently you are wealthy and have little understanding of the financial realities of most people. VERY few people are able to save $150,000 (more or less) for their child's college costs --- maybe $30,000 but that would cover only one year, and for only one child. For most people, any money saved for college will cover a relatively small % of the costs -- the rest will have to come from loans, grants and scholarships (iffy). The concept of "saving for college" is not a simple solution.

You would have been incorrect on your interpretation. Circumvent is to go around the rules, not break/cheat. If you are perusing other teams boards looking for reasons to be offended then there is a pretty solid chance that you will find it.

The forms vary based on how clubs fill them out. NLWC has a paid director and an additional 70k in travel, 140k in world class athlete and clothing. Their investment income alone is probably bigger than most clubs revenue. It takes money to make money and they are the kings at it currently.
