Niang is such a class act

LOL!!! how many times have you ridiculed anyone who dares to bring up the Directors cup. Too funny.

The point is and always has been, that what clone fans want to argue today is very different than what they want to argue next week or what they already argued months ago.

Clown fans flip flop on their arguments left and right.

He and Uthoff can play against each other

While possible, I do not think that is what will happen. Still plenty of basketball to be played yet this season and those other things will take be determined following that.

Do you think Niang is destined for the NBA?

I didn't see anything wrong with his comments. Iowa gave the game away and it had little to do with ISU. Iowa gifted them 5 points in like 10 seconds off of unforced turnovers.

Obviously you can go back in time and say you wish this or that, but bottom line, upsets happen. ISU had won 4 tourney games in the 3 years prior. Dice it how you want but ISU still had the better season overall last year.

Why do clown fans always go to the selective time frame card? Iowa was better according to the Directors Cup last year.

Clown fans love to argue how great the Directors Cup is right up until it no longer supports their myopic Little Bro argument. When it doesn't fit their argument they demand that it be ignored.

This is what is so entertaining about clown fans. What ever they argue now will change. At some point they end up in a pissing match with themselves and can't figure out why they are being laughed at.

Answer my question: You're a student in that situation, and you wouldn't storm the floor? Answer it honestly.

Yeah, someone got hurt. So, should we stop all fun in the world? We could make every two lane highway in the country a divided road with a median in-between. Accidents happen, and they always will. Life goes on.

Probably not, because I had to work security during college. UNI beat Iowa when Iowa like #10 in the nation. They stormed the court and I saw first hand how that situation can turn bad. Fans running and yelling crap at the opposing players. If Alford didn't grab one of his players, there was going to be a melee going on, because fans were yelling and throwing crap in the air. One fan ran into said player and yelled something. The player about hauled off and hit the fan, luckily Alford or one of his assistants was right there and grabbed him. Sorry but sports fans are not the best people in the world to be around after their team wins. They are all arrogant and cocky and for a player who just battled for 40-60minutes its hard for them to accept.

Personally its a dangerous thing and I think College Baskteball/Football/Volleyball need to take it out of the game. We have seen what happens, kids get hurt (reporters too) and one of these times a player is going to swing and hit a fan. Then its all over.

To answer your question, I wouldn't of stormed the floor. I would of cheered my head off and probably went to a bar to celebrate, but I wouldn't of stepped foot on that floor. Sorry but when 1-2 thousand people start running down stairs, only bad things can happen.

He's a unique player and if given the right fit/situation, he might stick. Uthoff has crazy upside if he can be aggressive more often. I think he has a shot to be a 2nd rounder.

Congrats. You guys have seen some success in the past few years. You deserve to talk crap. Especially to us. Have had our number. But nationally relevant? You've been to ONE (1) sweet sixteen in the last decade. Will be fun to watch this fall in the next few years!

Honest question - Do you guys believe Prohm is the answer for the future?

Honest and sincere answer - Yes.

Yep, even clone fans admit that Uthoff has a better chance of playing in the NBA than Niang. Hawks are definitely a tourney team this year and isu will again lose to a no-name team in the tourney.

isu may win a game in the NCAA tourney this year. Pollard better start lobbying to keep them away from UAB.

Is an Iowa fan really talking NCAA tourney smack? After winning one game in the tourney in the last 14 years? Funny. I guess that's all you have.

I just love it how when Iowa wins, nothing happens. Its quite and life goes on as normal. No players jumping up and down and screaming and talking trash. They just go on like normal day to day life.

Flipping ISU wins and we hear about all this trash talking and pounding their chests.

Iowa gave the game away for about 30 seconds last night. ISU played hard and got Iowa out of their rhythm and won the game. The 30 seconds happened when Iowa was up 6 and then turned it over 3 straight times. ISU ramped up their defense, but the Iowa players folded like a lawn chair. ISU won and that's that, time to move on to our next opponent.
Hmm, nah see I attribute players deliberately forcing bad, contested shots up as opposed to working for them even when the defensive pressure "steps up" as a sign, not of the opponent outplaying us, but of said team handing the game to said opponent (among several other contributing factors of stupidity).

Yes, Iowa State won and yes, we started to hand them the game well before they got the deficit to single digits................sure let's move on to our next opponent, but deal with the above facts first......then move on. You're welcome.

No, we can make fun of you for whatever the f*** we want. We're still better than you at everything. You're just not dealing with it, is all.......

Why does clone fan always go to the selective time frame card. If isu truly was better history would be on their side.

We don't have to tell clown fans to get back to us when when this occurs. With isu's little or bro syndrome they will flood this site if it ever occurs.

Who's got less class, Niang or the half dozen wealthy Hawk fans sitting behind the scorers table heckling college kids all night? I know, it will take you a while to answer that.

Who has less class the isu donor who goes after Bill Self or d-bag Jamie Pollard? I am sure we will never get an answer because that is the d-bag culture known as isu.

Time to run away and hide cylyte? At least give us the tried and true clown fan tactic of "answer my question first and I will answer yours."

Or the ISU students who were in their seats early chanting F'bomb insults at Woodbury while he warmed up or the boos when Jok went down after an accidental eye poke by Long.

As already mentioned by others you had a booster fan chase after Bill Self and had to be restrained by security. Bill Self is a legendary and top notch coach. How's that for class.

Must ignore the long tradition of clown fans and their douchy behavior. In fact it isn't even fair game to bring up the many well documented incidents. Clown fans will cry foul. It simply isn't playing fair.

Like I figured you wouldn't answer the question. We've got a half dozen wealthy ADULT Hawk fans sitting behind the scorers table heckling college kids playing basketball. What the guy did with Bill Self two years ago is irrelevant and besides that was between adults. These are people who are supposed to know better but being Hawk fans they certainly don't. You're breed just can't help themselves.

Yes isu being douchy is now irrelevant because clown fan says so. isu can have a team captain who can flip of the crowd at an away game and it must be ignored because he is just a child who doesn't know any better. isu can have a douche for a AD but it also must be ignored. isu can have students who hurl racial slurs at Iowa cheerleaders but of course that must be ignored as well because isu as a breed just can't help that either.

Isu is a culture of douches and cylyte has no answer for it other than MUST IGORE because he says so.

How old is the douche Jamie Pollard? 4 or is that just how an AD at isu should act.

At least tell us Jamie doesn't know any better we will buy that.

Why must we ignore how isu acts? If clown fans don't want to be pounded by all the examples of isu's douchy behavior maybe they shouldn't throw stones at Iowa.

But little bro just can't help it. I am starting to think being douchy is how isu fans define class.

Who wants to bet clown fan will have no answer for their douchy behavior?

What? Baahhhh Baaahhhh Bahhhh.

ODDE THAT A TROLL WITH THE USER NA
Sure Iowa did better in the tourney, but anyone can look at both teams' season and determine ISU had the better season and bitch smacked you head to head.

So yea, Iowa had a better end to the season, but ISU was better and had the better season.

Then why do I suspect Iowa fans were happier after their last game (even though it was a loss) than Clone fans were after theirs?

I'm sure as many ridiculous things happen at Iowa games. When you get well over 10,000 people in any setting your are going to have probably a few hundred classless people, most of who have probably been drinking. Shouldn't judge any team's fan base by the few bad apples at any game.

In respect to behavior, we derive a lot more pleasure and are more inclined to act douchey toward the hawks. For two reasons, the butt hurt is so much stronger and the irony of hawk fans talking about being classy.;)

Why does isu act like douches when it isn't Iowa? Why did an isu team captain flip off the crowd at BYU? Why did an isu donor go after Bill Self? Why did isu commit research fraud?

Because isu has no class and their culture is one of being douchy.

Keep trying though clown fan it is very entertaining.

This is pretty amusing that you are an Iowa site seeking attention and validation. You guys really have nothing else to look forward to do you outside of a home game with KU bball? That stinks.

Good clone fans said the same thing about Paul Rhodes, Gene Chizik, Wayne Morgan and Greg McDermont.

They also said it about Fred Hoiberg, Johnny Orr, Earle Bruce and Johnny Majors....and yes, I'm old enough to remember all of them quite well. You asked my opinion and I gave you an answer. Of course, nobody can be certain of anything until we see what happens under the new coach...but he has all of the prerequisites to make for optimism regarding his future success.

So clone fans get it right every few decades is that what you are saying?
