Nice write up on Brady

.. to me this is what makes college BB so great...the unsung. The kid who isn't given much of a chance by us (the fans now the internet posters)...who plays with the ability he has & the BB IQ he obviously has had. Now if our opponents will also take him for granted.

Every coach in the B1G loves to have a Brady Ellingson on his team.

I love the kid after everyone was so down on him and calling him Og's II. He seems like a really good kid and we need him to keep it playing well.

Prime example of why you don't want players to transfer just because they don't flash early. College kids develop differently. Looking forward to 2 more years of this guy improving.

I love how his his coach said "he moves with a purpose" and he's right. He doesn't move just to move. He's screening for someone, he's making the correct cut, making the correct rotation defensively. He just really understands how to play the game and we're really starting to see it. Everything has really slowed down for him.

Last season I thought McCaffery basically put Brady on the floor for a heat check, but he rarely took advantage of it and saw less and less minutes. This season, he has, up until recently, been used in the same capacity, but the results were much improved. Now he has earned more minutes and is making the most of them

BE needs to keep shooting, even if it means he forces a shot every once in a while. Last game against Nebraska, I remember at half time Ellingson had zero shots, and I remember saying that for the second half, "Brady needs to shoot more."

Especially if Jok's shot isn't falling, we need multiple deep threats on the court for our offense to run.
