no more tranny’s allowed in the Army

Who said anything about gay and lesbians?
They love to try to mix the two. They do it all the time at these libtards rallies where they'll have the gheys, trans, black lives matter, and pro-palestinian folks all together like they are some unified force, lol.

Throw in the blue and purple haired feminists and pink pussy hat wearers too.

You are convoluting things. It has never been an exclusive club. What branch did you serve in?

Nobody talks about DEI more than MAGAs. I had to look up the term first time it was referenced.

So you are saying we should go back to a segregated Army? Ban women?

Good for you
Nobody talks about dei more than maga?? LOL we've seen the hundreds of billions of dollars that dems have spent on this now, the receipts are out there. Don't play stupid like this isn't one of the main priorities to team blue.

I know plenty of gay men and women, tranny’s are ruining the their neighborhoods

I disagree wholeheartedly with that. The military is not a charity and should not welcome anyone "willing" to join.

It should be an exclusive club of those able to serve effectively and honorably, and contribute toward the mission.

And the "mission" is not DEI.
What the hell? I mean, I know you’re an asshole but you’re taking it to another level in this thread. So Republican to take shots at people who are willing to die for their country. This kind of shit is why I hate many of my fellow Americans.

Sounds like you want to reduce the number of soldiers who fight in the War on Terror. Not sure what Islamist would do. Something similar to what our military did at Abu Ghraib???

It is NOT a social club. It's an organization based on killing the enemy.

You’re consistently a very sad and foolish person.

But, we used to have segregated servicemen? You can't win this one. I'm often wrong on some things. But when I served in combat, I could have cared less if the person next to me was a femaie, a shemaie, a gay, a transgender. I just know I had their 6 and vice versa.

Sorry my friend, we are not going to go back in time when folks had to hide who they are. If that makes you feel uncomfortable.....that is a you thing

Oh....so you cannot DISCRIMINATE against people....

We always knew you were a bigot. Thx for clarifying that.

Employers discriminate against people all the time. They discriminate based on educational achievement, experience, professional licensure or certification, immigration status, attitude, personality, and even attractiveness....

Employers can discriminate based on anything that is not statutorily protected. These protected classes include race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, pregnancy, disability, etc., etc., etc.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibited discrimination based on sex. Obviously, in 1964 congress meant "women" when they passed that law. They didn't mean the entire rainbow of LGBTQ+.

That's not what "discrimination" is.

Those are called "qualifications" for jobs.
You'd THINK that someone w/ an HR background would know this stuff

To be more complete, you're talking about bona fide occupational qualifications.

Thank God Hooters won the lawsuit against the asshole who wanted to be a "Hooter's Guy" waitress.

So I'm going to get you on the record.

1.) you think discrimination is okay

2.) You don;t believe gays or transgenders should be allowed in the military

3. ) You are in H.R.?

4. ) What is the name of your company? (optional)

5.) why do you hate people that are not like you?

Unlawful discrimination is not okay.

Everything else is on the table.

I believe that the EEOC overreached and the courts erred in extending the definition of "sex" discrimination to mean anything other than biological sex. If Congress wants to outlaw discrimination based on LGBTQ+ then a new, more explicit law should be passed.

I have no issue with people who are different than me, but the EEOC shouldn't require me to not discriminate against them without an explicit law making such discrimination unlawful.

Yes, I've been working in the HR profession for 35 years. I work for YoMama Corp.

And no, I don't believe that the entire rainbow of LGBTQ+ should be forced on the military, AGAIN, with no law explicitly requiring that.
