Unlawful discrimination is not okay.

Everything else is on the table.

I believe that the EEOC overreached and the courts erred in extending the definition of "sex" discrimination to mean anything other than biological sex. If Congress wants to outlaw discrimination based on LGBTQ+ then a new, more explicit law should be passed.

I have no issue with people who are different than me, but the EEOC shouldn't require me to not discriminate against them without an explicit law making such discrimination unlawful.

The only law that addresses this is the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Congress did not mean "gender queer" when they passed that law prohibiting sex discrimination.

And on a philosophical level, I think it's wrong to discriminate against someone because of who they are.

That's different than discriminating against someone who is demanding everyone accept they are something other than who they are.

"I'm not a boy! I'm not a girl! I'm a they! Call me by my preferred pronouns!"

Employers should not have to put up with that crap, especially if it's going to disrupt the workplace.
