Incidentally, I was a decent athlete, but it goes without saying nothing near this kind of level… What kind of courage does it take to miss your first seven three-pointers and then take two with the game on the line in the closing Minutes…WOW!!
She also played 37 minutes I believe the most on the floor certainly the most on her team and one big victory is the coach didn’t take the ball out of her hands one time in the second half…go figure!
And only two practices through 6 games. No wonder they've sucked.

CC showing the swagger after those 4q 3s was important. She’s deferred a lot and rightly so in respect of the league and team. But 6 games into the season and it’s clear it’s her team. She makes it hum. No more demure CC on the court. She’s ready.

Fever have to kill themselves until June 3 when they get 4 days in a row off for the first time all season. They do get 2 days off after tomorrow, but otherwise it is single days off or back to backs for the first 3 weeks of the season. That is a ton of workload.
I've dogged Boston. Good to see her play well. I wonder how much of it has been matchups. She went up against some of the best bigs in the league the first four games.
I still think she looks out of shape but will gladly eat crow if she continues to produce like tonight.
