USGA again with the jokes. What is happening? This is the organization that wouldn’t mow a path from the tee to the fairway back in the day they were so stuck up.
I have one and love it. Can’t hit the 460cc drivers but this one is pretty accurate and long enough.Going to play TCI tomorrow, Played there about 4-5 years ago, Nice Arnold Palmer designed course.
For you golf club junkies like me I bought a Taylormade burnr mini driver this spring, Really like it, I struggle off the tee at times and the mini has been great, not quite as long as my normal driver but pretty darn close and has really helped with accuracy.
So much hype on Max Homa. But his performance in majors is really lacking, I’m staying away from him.
The guy HAS to put it together in one major this year, right? I’m not talking a win, but a top 10. Like you said, he’s too talented not to consider.Agree. I’m full fade on Max, this confirming that your 2023 US Open winner will be … Max Homa.
Thomas - yea or no? I really want to go overweight on this at that price.
Koepka Top 10 +125
Hovland top 20 -115
DeChambeau top 20 +170
Golf bet country, let’s ride!
I decided to throw some money on the following 3-balls today:
Bryson +140 ✅
Koepka +140 likely ❌
Mickelson +190 likely ✅
Eric Cole +120
USGA will be setting pins in ridiculous spots tomorrow and I’m betting no course watering. Game on.
I’ve seen a lot of pin sheets in my life. I’m having a hard time remembering ever seeing a “3” on the pace lines. There are no set “guidelines” for pin placements, but it’s generally accepted that they’re at least the length of the flag away from the edge of the green. Three paces is 7-8 feet, so they’re putting those things awfully tight.
Thomas with a nifty 73 81.
I didn’t take him but was damn tempted. He’s as lost as Ricky was a few years ago.
Might be time to give Butch Harmon a call.
Might be time to give Butch Harmon a call.
So some marketing guys said “Let’s just paint a black line on our old putter line and see what happens!”?Are any of you club junkies going to give it a try? I am not ashamed to say I just preordered one.

JDC Week! I don’t ever bet on players to win outright, but that changes this week. Denny McCarthy (+1600) is my pick, and I’m really tempted to throw a little $$ on Akshay Bhatia at +10000. This tournament seems to give young guys on the brink their first win.
Cole is another one that I like a lot.I’ve been in Bhatia and Theegala all year. Like your Bhatia play.
I’m gonna press and go with a core of Jäeger, Cole and Kuest this week.
