I'm supposed to fly into Nassau in two weeks for a sailing/diving trip. I was wondering how much damage if any would occur in Nassau.

Luckily President Trump is locked down at Camp David making sure every bit of preparation is being done in the US. Just kidding, he got bored and a little irritated that the storm was interfering with his life, so he did an interview, and then went golfing at one of his resorts.

Yeah I like to dive and saltwater fish and my first concern was for the sea life with this storm. Ruining all the pristine visibility and reef life. Heck with the humans. They chose to live there.

Last year my dad gave me the 30 year old clear acrylic map he has used to grease pencil the storms track with.
Right edge is at 69W so my 5yo has started charting this storm on it this weekend.
We're not in town this weekend or you could've just come a little south to find some A/C.
For perspective having seen the shocking ground zeros at Mexico Beach and Tyndall, this storm is 20-30 mph higher and has larger eyewall than Michael. And Michael booked on through the panhandle like a running back through FSUs Dline. Those places are getting scrubbed from the planet.
You have scorn for me, but as the massive storm approaches you have no scorn for Dear Leader Trump who is pissing away valuable prep time because he feels aggrieved that he can't do what he wants to.
I've said all along Trump never wanted to be president. Not the job of being president, anyway. He loves the military guys saluting him, and he loves the power and free stuff. But, listening to boring guys talk in a meeting, or visiting people affected by catastrophes boor him. Maybe he'll come throw you a roll of paper towels. Will that make you feel better?
