Iowa looks disinterested IMO. They need to come out and put Rutgers away to begin 2nd half otherwise in for a dogfight.....

Still no doubt who wins this game, but Iowa got that great 9-0 and 11-2 start from PJ and then just throttled everything all the way back to just idling.
Hawks need to come out and play hard in the 2nd half, and keep it going. Other guys than PJ and AC (Sapp) need to step up and get involved.
Oh, and where's the D!? How many open cuts and layup & easy O rebound/putback opps did RU get? Can't have been just cause Woody was on the bench with foul trouble.

I didn't exactly call this, but I'm not surprised in the least the game is going this way. A trap game for this team. After playing a gauntlet of top level talent they go on the road to play the worst team in the league. Very easy to not have the same intensity. I just hope that this Rutgers team is so bad that even an Iowa team playing one of their worst games of the season can still beat them.

Didn't help coming out 11-0 when it comes to taking it easy and coasting. The last 8 minutes where great out of this team. That effort will equal a blowout. Hopefully this team doesn't try and coast again. You can't coast at this level no matter who you are playing. Worst effort this year besides the exhibition game.
Thank goodness for Jok this first half. Sapp looks pretty good. Same with Baer. Wagner gave some good minutes. Uthoff & Gesell will get going I presume. Uhl is pressing too much. Must have some relatives in house.

It is a team defensive issue. Play defense and rebound and its 50 to 25. Offense isn't razor sharp but the defensive effort was bad. I would Fran got into it a bit with a little " you ain't all that". Would love to see the press for the first 10 minutes and see who wants to play. DU wake up buddy. You are way better than this.
I'm expecting Uthoff to put up some numbers in the 2nd half. Also notice for Woody bashers that Iowa's initial run stopped when he went out with the 2 fouls. Despite what happened @Mackey, PD could be a tougher game than @MD.
