*****Official Iowa @ Little Red game thread*****

Nebraska is playing a 2-3 zone with the 3 at the baseline and the top 2 UNDER the free throw line and yet we still try to force the ball inside. I know we haven't shot well outside but you have to take what they give you.

Garza looked tired after that last whistle. He’s getting pounded on when trying to get position and getting no calls on the double or triple teams.

This loss is going to hurt at the end of the season
Nah, it won’t an issue unless we are talking about the NIT bubble. Yes I’m being serious and not knocking the team but we are missing too many key players to do much this year. It was lightning in a bottle earlier in the year.

The most depressing thing is if CJ is out for several games every opponent will just double Garza and let our perimeter players miss 3s. CJ would have been huge in this game.

Too many injuries for this team to be successful. The margin was thin with all the players they had to start the season.

Still need to find away to get it to Garza. Quick ball reversal with dump down to Garza, kick out to Joe W or Connor.

I know easier said than done but that needs to happen.

Leave it to some Gomer who's a freshman walk-on come off the bench and have a game against us..

Worst team in the league not fouling Garza. Youngest player in the conference guarding Garza and not fouling. 11:27 to 8:34 with one foul. That's 19:59 with 1 foul. Worst team in the conference.

Pretty hard to beat even the worst team in the conference when the dishonest officiating, probably gambling cuz Nebraska a gutpile like Iowa from the Big Ten perspective. But certainly not credible.
