**** Official Israel War thread****

If shit hits the fan I really don't believe that there will be much military support outside of the USA. Condemning and actual actions are two different stories.
Yeah the USA has no sway on getting international support lol. And again, this is coming to Europe with refugees.

What has history told you? The position on Israel is very different outside of this country. Europeans and many other Western countries are not nearly as supportive of Israel as we are.

Is it not hard to comprehend? There are a lot of folks with some pretty decent firepower. Of course we couldnt take on the USA army with helicopter and fighter jets.

We aren’t talking about that though. In Israel right now Hamas is walking into houses and killing people. That absolutely would not happen in Florida, the South, and States with high ownership of firearms.

If there was a group of 20 men going door to door in my small 80 unit townhouse community, half of these units have people with guns. Some of my neighbors have a pretty large amount of ammunition and semi automatic weapons.

This isn’t the typical land dispute we’re used to seeing, this is an act of war committed against Israel. Unprecedented times.
No argument there. I just honestly don't believe that you will see much involvement outside of the USA. It's always been that way.

Yeah this is the first time Isreal has technically been at War since 1973. Not sure what @globalhawk is drinking this AM but this is a totally different beast we are talking about
What other western countries do you believe will become directly involved besides the USA? Countries stay out of this situation for a reason. I hope to be wrong.

Not sure but take your pick between the EU countries or NATO countries. This is not just an Israel deal, this is the whole Middle East. All western countries will be affected and some other than the US will directly involved with this war

Again. I will believe it when I see it. History says no.

No offense to history because I believe we need it more but this situation is completely different with the globalization of everything and how we are all interconnected. Not to mention Ukraine and Russia happening on NATOs doorstep

We are not going to agree. The USA will be the country to deal with this. Always has been, always will be.

No time better than the present to get off the teat and get rid of middle eastern oil. Once we reduce oil consumption, those countries in the Mid East can resort to fighting tribal wars.
Too bad all the “energy indepentence” wonks running for president wont do anything to keep US oil from getting shipped back over to the middle east

The militant Hamas rulers of the Gaza Strip carried out an unprecedented, multi-front attack on Israel at daybreak Saturday, firing thousands of rockets as dozens of Hamas fighters infiltrated the heavily fortified border in several locations by air, land, and sea and catching the country off-guard on a major holiday. As tired as some are with our border, the one entity, that I have despised and tired of, in my lifetime, is Iran. I’m really sick of that country’s bullshit. I don’t feel like a caring liberal about that country at all. I couldn’t care less what happens to them.

That’s like saying you could play NFL football because you played in high school. People in their homes with guns aren’t doing anything to the military.

Whelp, I don’t know about you all, but in WWWIII I plan to fight and support US/NATO/Israel/SEATO vs Russia/Syria/Iran/China/Saudi Arabi.

Sounds obvious, I know, but we have a lot of Americans and MAGA politicians/propaganda specialists doing supporting the later….
United States Armed Forces are deployed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to protect United States forces and interests in the region against hostile action by Iran and Iran-backed groups. These forces, operating in coordination with the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, provide air and missile defense capabilities and support the operation of United States military aircraft. The total number of United States forces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is approximately 2,733.

People never mention the UAE is Iran’s third biggest trade partner. UAE also moved the money for 9/11.

I know. I lived in Dubai. It's basically a criminal enterprise. Plenty of Russian thugs also.

Photos coming out are horrible. I wonder how the press is going to suppress the execution of women and children.
