The gritty Wildcats keep it close for 30 minutes, but the Hawks pull away late.

Would be fitting but please no, want a relaxing/low stress game before the 2 roadies.
He’s drilled some absolute daggers for the Hawks, been fun to watch. Hopefully he has a bunch more and the Hawks make a wild run in March

This team has a 1999 vibe and swagger to it. Our last sweet 16.
My favorite Jordan Bo three-pointers:

2) Northwestern game-winner
3) NCAA Tournament game against Tennessee, Jordan hits the three to cut the lead to 4 or so in front of the Iowa fans and does a celebratory spin/yell (believe it was off a missed free throw so a four point possession for the Hawks), all as part of the Hawks storming back from 20+ down, took the game to OT.
Honorable mention (literally) - his purposefully missed free throw to keep CMS in the record books.
Simply put, he's an all-time Hawkeye who has brought us all a lot of joy through his hard work through the years.

Looks like a lot of minutes for the elder McCaffery and Sandfort tonight. Don’t know why, but I think Payton will have a nice game
OR...we might see Kris in there with Keegan and Filip.
Depending on the score and Northwestern lineups, we might see bigger or smaller lineups. Whoever is guarding Nance will have to guard him out beyond the arc. He's not a danger to drive on anyone but he can get hot from distance based on past games.
It's pretty typical for a senior to start on senior day, so maybe CMac would have started over PMac anyway. I doubt Ash will start over Tony, however, but he should get a few minutes. The biggest senior day travesty I recall is Lickliter not playing J.R. Angle at all.

At the time, I thought that was BS by Alford too. Even though J.R. appeared to be a waste of a scholarship he stuck it out for 4 or 5 years and never complained as far as us fans knew. leaving H.S. J.R. was either a 3 or 4 star recruit out of Indiana.
Possibly! He’s still gotta back up the 5 though. Probably just ride the hot hand
