I agree, other than like a popped up bunt where the runner isn’t running or something, or like bottom 9 of a tie game, I’d think take the out when available is always the correct play.

obermiller 49 pitches in 1.1 innings pitched and heller refuse to change pitchers. I guess he wants to go home.

don't care what Heller has done in the past but what has done recently is downrigh criminal by leaving Obermueller in there.

oh well had to make sure ISU scored 2 runs to take the lead before replacing him and leave the bases loaded for the relief pitcher as the 2nd run scored on a walk.
