Not a choke job when there was literally no chance of winning the game.Typical Iowa big stage choke job!!!Outmatched. No shame in it.
Real student athletes had a great, great year.

Going to be easy to root for Ionescu in that one. Baylor is just loaded, though.Funny story. Baylor got spiteful in their previous tournament game against Iowa. They lost their next game by 11 to Notre Dame.
Totally, play a better game and they could have loss by about half as much.Nah. Iowa went for broke way too soon and didn't allow the score to reflect themselves better.

I begrudgingly have to root for Oregon.Going to be easy to root for Ionescu in that one. Baylor is just loaded, though.
Meh....I think Iowa just lost to the eventual National Champs.
Great defense wins championships and they play great defense.
Yeah where is the choke job? Losing by 30 instead of 15-20?Not a choke job when there was literally no chance of winning the game.
Lol good one!Fire Bluder. How many teams lose by 30 whole having the National Player of the Year on their team?
Because they shouldn't have lost by 30.....Yeah where is the choke job? Losing by 30 instead of 15-20?
Maybe. We’ll see. Two things: I reserve the right to be a fan, and I’ve been involved in the game a long time, including years working for the WNBA.She's got a great-looking perimeter shot but certainly hasn't shown she's THAT good. I think you're reaching a little on your praise for her.

You absolutely do my man. I certainly respect the experience you say you have.Maybe. We’ll see. Two things: I reserve the right to be a fan, and I’ve been involved in the game a long time, including years working for the WNBA.
Agree 100%Not a choke job when there was literally no chance of winning the game.
I see what you did there.Fire Bluder. How many teams lose by 30 whole having the National Player of the Year on their team?
Hilarious.Maybe. We’ll see. Two things: I reserve the right to be a fan, and I’ve been involved in the game a long time, including years working for the WNBA.
Are you serious?! I turned it off when time expired to do homework. Wtf did she say?Mulkey immediately playing the no respect card. F U
Got back on the no one believing in Kalani and “people keep saying she has no mobility”Are you serious?! I turned it off when time expired to do homework. Wtf did she say?
I'm sort of in the same boat. I have to work with a Wisconsin, Ohio St, and Florida fan. Another one is a Michigan fan, but he doesn't really watch or follow sports as much, so I don't count him.I begrudgingly have to root for Oregon.
I have a Duck fan who is trying to take this whole Oregon is better than Iowa at sports thing seriously and Iowa continues to give me zero ammunition to work with in that regard.

Psh. What a bitch. She's only been to what, four Final Fours before tonight, so five now? Damn, that must be hard to accept.Got back on the no one believing in Kalani and “people keep saying she has no mobility”
Still has a stick up her ass about the press conference yesterday evidently.
I mean...I wasn’t impressed with her mobility. Yeah she’s a solid player, but that’s pretty much just because she’s 6’7”.Got back on the no one believing in Kalani and “people keep saying she has no mobility”

Yeah looks like Iowa over-thought things and tried to go waaaaay too quick on the offensive end. Their passes inside to Megan were f***ing rockets compared to how they had been feeding her the ball.
They tried to use her as a decoy at times and Baylor was ready for that.
The bigger issue was that Iowa settled and accepted their fate on the defensive end. That's gonna kill you worse than anything you do on offense. You have to be able to build confidence and momentum from both sides of the ball.
Okay....The reason they got sped up is because Baylor is significantly bigger and faster at every single position, with the exception of perhaps center. When every movement you make on offense is difficult just to get open to catch a pass, you get sped up and nothing is in rhythm. And giving up a bunch of points was just inevitable to some extent. The athletic difference was staggering. Iowa had a very, very good season and an all-timer of a player. Just not on the same level as UConn, Notre Dame, Baylor, etc. No shame in that, just means when you run into those teams you lose.
seriously? she would start for Stanford,UCONN, Baylor, Oregon?
you have no clue what you are talking about.
And I am sure your only response will be to F off.
