These requests hit a massive bureaucracy that has to go through its motions and investigations. Then you have to have everyone on the committee back from Vacation and on the same page so that they can hopefully make a rational decision. If you were indeed a Hawk in 83 you are old enough to know how shit works.

Incredible news and a huge boost for the team this season. He very well could be our top receiver if he and Stan establish good chemistry. I honestly expected to get effed by the NCAA/B1G again, but we really got a blessing with this one.
