The fickle Minny fans bought into his “Row the Boat”, rah rah rah, BS. They don’t know any better as anyone old enough to remember the glory days has dementia now. As an Iowan living up here, it’d be interesting to make a goodwill run at some point to see how stocked the racks would be with row the boat clothing if he leaves. It is crazy how many of my friends bought into it and think he’s great, never minding he only had one good season where he still lost to Iowa and Wisconsin.

I hope Minny bites on this rumor and gives Pee Wee a lifetime contract. He’s an average coach at best & has a losing record in the Big 10. Minnesota won 9 games the year before Pee Wee arrived

Why would UCLA think Fleck would elevate their program (or I should say row them to greater shores)?
Fleck had success at, what, Western Michigan? Then he pretty much has kept Minnesota status quo with what the Gopher program has done for much of the past two decades. Add in the baggage that comes with PJ Fleck, and…yeah, what am I missing?
I, for one, support PJ going to UCLA. Makes it easier for Iowa to beat UCLA

I saw a tweet yesterday that UCLA may have interest in Tommy Rees. For those of you unaware Rees was recently the O coordinator under Saban at Bama, then before that I believe he was O coordinator at Notre Dame under Kelly. He also played QB for Notre Dame.
