OT---THT Declares for Draft

Ok but the point still stands. He kept one of the 2 most talented guys on the team out of the starting lineup once he was completely healthy.

I would argue that it made sense when the team was really rolling in January. I thought he should have inserted him back into the starting lineup in February when the team started to struggle. But I don't know what the conversations were behind the scenes either. I also don't think he really regained his form after the injury until a few weeks ago.

Oh that's comparable, and he played the same, too. Right. LOL!
He spent 4 days in jail for riding on a suspended license and violating his probation for an OWI. THT made a mistake and Jok made a mistake and they both ran afoul of they law.

Stuff like this seriously pisses me off. You either have journalists who refuse to cover negative news, or a combination of law-enforcement iand administration keeping things quiet.
The charges were filed on 5/13 after Wal Mart reviewed some security tape for some reason. Had they been filed in March, I would wager the story would have broken in March. Restitution that he was ordered to pay was $15.93.

I can the charges were filed in 05/13 but what took them so long since the security tapes were reviewed and the incident reported back in February?

The charge stems from a February incident at Walmart on Duff Avenue, according to Jason Tuttle of the Ames Police. Walmart contacted police Feb. 18 about the incident, which occurred Feb. 3, after reviewing surveillance footage of the store’s self-checkout due to an unrelated matter, Tuttle said.

I have no idea what took them so long. It may have taken that long to realize who he even was. Or maybe it takes that long for police to get around to dealing with a $15 shoplifting bust? Who knows. But it took only a few days for the media to report it once it was public record.

I never thought he had a chance of getting drafted but maybe there’s a few teams that were towards the bottom in steals that will take a chance on him.

Yep, which is even more worrisome that LE sat on this for so long.

Clown fans on cryclown fanatic love to say “Hok” fans are trailer trash that shop at Walmart. Funny how all of a sudden isu trailer trash b-ball players can steal from Walmart and it is swept under the rug as a youngster just doing something stupid. “It happens all the time.”

But clown fans aren’t hypocrites because they say so.

Jok
Joking about what?
THT played in every game, even after the staff knew what he did. No penalty, no punishment, nada, in fact he averaged over 26 min/game from the time his crime was reported on. This was not even made public until THT left IA State. That's probably why he got charged - if he were still at pen st, odds are this would have been swept under the rug like all the other stuff that happens to the criminal-athletes in ames.

Jok's issue was out of season and he still got publicly suspended from the team. No hiding it by the police force/athletic department/coach as happens in ames.

Why would any of that piss you off?

He was charged with stealing a 16 dollar item from Wal Mart. You want it on CNN or something? Geesh talk about over reaction. Hopefully he don't get a speeding ticket and have no journalists write about it. You might lose it.

Rumor has it Prohm has reached out to Liangelo Ball being he was impressed with his quick hands while swiping goods in China.

Horton Tucker is getting drafted and it will likely be in the 1st round.

I wouldn't be so sure. Shoplifting $8 worth of stuff isn't a big deal but he already had some question marks in regard to his work ethic. This only adds to his character concerns. He has big upside, but will it ever be realized?

Wouldnt be so sure about what? Him getting drafted or going in the 1st round?

There is a 99.99999999% chance he gets drafted and about a 70% chance he goes in Round 1.
