Yep. This will be 5 straight Ls for Ohio St--including losses to Minnesota and Nebraska. Desperate is an understatement for what they're going to be on Saturday.
Amazing how much can happen in 2 weeks. I would have probably said that OSU was the 2nd best team in the conference not that long ago.
The 3 for OSU almost went in. The Mayor was pretty lucky that they missed.... That's why you foul there
If they don’t make the tourney, he’s going to feel it but the dude can recruit. Man can he recruit. If he can keep this team together, they will be a force next year and beyond.
Also gotta remember that they really have 6 losses because RU beat them in Columbus too.
The guy has never missed a tournament as a head coach at Butler or OSU. He also recruits at an incredibly high level. If OSU fired him there would be a long line of suitors for his services.

Minnesota apparently playing a throwback game to when we were shooting into peach baskets. It amazes me that the Minnesota bball program is continually this irrelevant.
Michigan--they are right on the Quad 2/3 border. We'd like to keep them as a Q2 win.
Indiana--they are on the Q1/2 border--want them to move into Q1.
They're safe. They'd have to fall almost 60 spots to fall out of Q1. Kind of helps Iowa in the Big Ten standings for them to pick up a third loss.

Not a huge fan of Woodson as a coach. Post game presser @ Iowa with his cheap shot reference, making excuses that Race Thompson's injury "really shook" his team at Iowa and his inability to leverage all of the advantages at Indiana to be a national power. He is really fortunate that T.J. Davis hung around or who knows where they would be.
