With the mess that is PD3 and the inevitable dog fights that will occur in an absolutely loaded 184lb, from a shear fan stand point I hope PD3 goes. He's a villain that most fans can root against, that brings interest in the sport. At 184 you have the following:
Gabe Dean 2X NCAA Champ. Hasn't lost in forever, so blue color he should've been a hawk.
Bo Nickel NCAA runner-up. Undefeated this year and an absolute gunslinger with the ability to pin dudes from seemingly any position.
TJ Dudley returning NCAA runner-up (to Dean), Midlands Champ. Looked like he could challenge Nickel, till he got hammered by Martin.
Myles Martin NCAA Champ. Change in weight has taken its toll on Martin, but seems to be improving. No opposing coach will feel comfortable with their athlete matching up against him at NCAAs.
Sam Brooks returning AA. Wins over Martin and Jackson put Sammy up there near the top. His ability to score from the top position and flat out toughness can't be overlooked.
Nathan Jackson returning AA. Bo Nickel has lost twice in college. Once to Martin and the other was to Jackson. Split with Brooks. Typically is phenomenal for about 5-6 minutes, then starts to fade.
Adding PD3 (if he's wrestling well, which I can't imagine he's training at a high level right now) would be amazing. He is another returning AA (5th at 197). 184 is a circus and every good circus needs a clown.
