Agree. Connor, Toussaint, and CJF definitely exhibited toughness this year. Bright, BRIGHT future for CJF especially.

As the rest of the board is trying to explain to you, toughness comes in many forms beyond brute strength. Iowa will have plenty of toughness moving forward.

Just like the old saying, "Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog", and there are some dogs on this team. Yes we will need another inside presense next season along with Luka, be it Nunge or the new freshman, and yes Kreiner will be missed. This will be a different team again next season, but plenty of junkyard in these dogs.....

If you can't shoot the ball you need to be a legit force in the paint. Pemsl provides neither.
He played 8-10 minutes this year because he had to. We had nobody else. He averaged 2 pts and 3 rebounds a game. And not bashing him but he doesn't really have a position in todays game. I'm guessing one of the Murray bros or both can come in and get us 2 pts and 3 rebounds along w/Nunge. MOst publications have us as a top 10 team next year and it wasn't because of Pemsl. Agree w/HawkinArk that he would not be a starter at Drake. They play a 4 out 1 in and their forwards have to be able to either shoot it or drive it. Maybe if he was fully healthy, but I just don't see it in the cards.
If Connor spends any significant time at the 4, expect the same rebounding issues this year's team had.
I am assuming you are just trying to egg people on out of boredom but if you don't think Frederick, Connor, Touissant, and Bohannon don't have toughness, then not sure sure what to tell you.
In fact, this was probably the toughest team Iowa has had mentally in a long time.
