Plus Minus Stats

Starting with the disclaimer….Statistics can be misleading. But I find the plus minus stats in the box scores on hawkeyesports.com interesting. The Hawks.have played 14 games but 8 were against cupcakes. Looking just at the six “competitive” games (3 Big Ten, Virginia, Ia State, Utah State), here are the cumulative totals for the guys in the regular rotation:
Ulis, plus 37
Rebraca, 13
Kris, 9
PMac, 3
Keegan, minus 1
Toussaint, -2
CMac, -5
Bohannon, -17
Perkins, -22
(Sandfort, Ogundele, Mulvey and Ash all negative)

I would have guessed Perkins would have been positive... instead he's -22. Wow.

A little shocked Ulis is so high because he's had garbage minutes against those teams where our walkons jack shots and don't play d.
